Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order is processed, it will be shipped directly from our supplier’s warehouse.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days depending on your location and product availability.

Please note that some items may ship separately if they are fulfilled from different warehouses.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size/weight of the items.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances. However, we will do our best to assist you in tracking your order.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and order details. We will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.

Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
